Reshipment only applies to customers who provided pictures of damaged products & shipping service verify product damaged when shipped
Customers Disputing Orders after order ships will not be able to place future orders.
No Refunds or Reshipments If Photos of Order Related Issues Are Not Provided
The Cost of Shipping Apply to All Orders Shipped to Incorrect Address
All Packages showing delivered by shipping service will not be refunded or reshipped without proof from shipping provider.
Shipping company must provide proof product was not delivered before reshipping or refunding customer.
